Planning
The architects and engineers of North Pacific Design have a distinct advantage in the planning of a project.  Because of our extensive experience in the site acquisition and development phase, we can provide that expertise to each client to make their vision a reality.

Architecture
North Pacific Design has worked exclusively with Rush Custom Homes and Rush Commercial Construction for nearly 20 years, designing numerous commercial properties and residential communities, plus custom homes for individual clients.

Our architect and design staff provides full design services from preliminary programming and schematic design to permit and construction documents.

Civil Engineering/Site Development
Our clients are provided continued support of an engineering team from the start of site feasibility and design to the completion of construction. They work together with the architects to make sure the infrastructure compliments the design of the building. This on-going relationship ensures that any issues relating to your project are communicated immediately and effectively managed.

Planning & Permitting
Planning and permitting a project have become one of the most difficult, time consuming and challenging elements of building construction. Our Planner/Permit Specialist's daily job centers around understanding the issues involved in the permitting process. Our experience and longevity has resulted in good working relationships with permitting agencies, which in turn reduces the time it takes to complete the permitting process.
